3 months free and 15% off Business Mobile Plans Promotion for Bunnings Trade PowerPass member

1. These terms and conditions apply to the 3 months free and 15% off Business Mobile Plans promotion for Bunnings Trade PowerPass members (“Promotion”) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (“2degrees”).
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions any relevant Plan Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditional that may apply to you. Defined term shall carry the meaning given to them in the Business Terms and Conditions, unless expressly defined below.
3. The Promotion begins on 7 November 2025 and ends on 7 June 2026 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”).
4. If you
   1. are a current Bunnings Trade PowerPass member;
   2. are not a 2degrees customer at the time you sign up to Eligible Plan listed in paragraph 4(c) (as defined below);  and
   3. during the Promotion Period, you sign up to any Business Mobile or Business Fair Share business plans (each an “Eligible Plan”) using your valid PowerPass credentials;
      1. we will credit your Account with the equivalent of your monthly base plan fee for a period of three (3) months from plan activation (“Plan Credit”);  and
      2. you will be eligible for a 15% discount on your monthly base plan fee for as long as you stay on the same Plan (“Discount”).
5. By signing up to an Eligible Plan, you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which may include disclosing your information to Bunnings for the purposes of providing the Plan Credit and Discount.
6. The Plan Credit and Discount are applied to your monthly plan fee only and exclude other additional charges, including add-ons.
7. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
8. One Plan Credit and Discount per plan.
9. You must remain on the Eligible Plan to keep receiving the Discount. If you change to another Plan at any time, the Discount will not be applied.
10. The Plan Credit and Discount are not transferable or exchangeable and are not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate, except the $10 Bundle Discount if you have a Busienss Mobile Plan and Business Broadband Plan on the same account.
11. If you terminate your Eligible Plan within 12 months, the Plan Credit and Discount will be repayable.
12. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time.
13. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.

Interest Free Device Discount

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Interest Free promotion for Bunnings Trade PowerPass members (“Promotion”) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (“2degrees”).
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Mobile Plan Terms and Conditions,  Business Fair Share Terms and Conditions, Interest Free Option Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
3. This Promotion begins on 7th November 2025 and ends on 7th June 2026 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”).
4. If you:
   1. are a current Bunnings Trade PowerPass member;
   2. sign up to $60+ Business Mobile Plan (Eligible Plan);
   3. purchase a device listed on Bunnings Trade PowerPass on Interest Free option during the Promotion Period,
      you will be eligible for $600 off the total value of your device (“Discount”).
5. You will need to email Bunnings@2degrees.nz or call 0800 022 TRADE (872) to claim the Discount.
6. Discount spread evenly across your Interest Free term. Discount ends if you downgrade or end your Eligible Plan. Phone balance repayable if you end your Eligible Plan early and excludes Discount instalments not yet applied.
7. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
